Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

We accept returns or exchanges for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped to you. We do not accept returns of jewelry due to incorrect sizing. 

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your Wild Mined piece is damaged in anyway during the shipping process, please email within 3 days of receiving it! Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly to make the situation right. We ask that you ship the damaged item back within 3 days with the prepaid shipping label that we will provide, so that we can inspect the item and determine whether it can be repaired. If no repair can be made, you will be refunded for your purchase, minus shipping fee. If repair can be made, you can typically expect the refurbished item within 21 days. 

 

RESIZING

If your item arrives and the size you purchased does not fit, please email within 3 days of receiving. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly to assess the next step. Resizing will be on a case-to-case basis, and not all items can be resized. There will be a $75 charge for any resizing work. If your item is eligible, we ask that you ship the item back within 3 days with the prepaid shipping label that we will provide. You can typically expect your resized item within 21 days.
