Custom Order Policy

All Custom Order pieces are made-to-order and require communication with maker. 

Custom Orders require a $100 non-refundable deposit to secure space.

Upon agreement and mockup of finalize idea for piece, an invoice will be sent and payment is due within 48 hours, unless otherwise agreed upon. 

Please note that pricing might change upon completion of item due to market and supply price fluctuations. 

Custom Orders can expect 8-10 weeks for fabrication and delivery.

If requested piece is outside of maker's skill/style, $100 deposit will be returned. (this is the only exception to non-refundable deposit!)
